Our Local Community

Emmaus serves our local community with our resources as a church and as individual volunteering and individual donations including:

• Shaw Ministry for inner city youth in DC with funds, volunteer activities and donations
• Committee to Help Others (CHO) to provide emergency assistance with funds and donations in the Vienna and Oakton area
• Community Ministry of Northern Virginia housing assistance program and advocacy to public officials for those in need
• Christmas White Gift Service donation of gifts for children at Shelter House in Fairfax County
• Alternative House for troubled youth in Tysons Corner area
