A Message from Reverend Bill

April is mysterious; caught as we are between frozen and fertile. As the earth thaws, a primal power is invoked that has to do with flow, fertility and the reawakening of all that lies dormant.

We move from a season of introspection to one of engagement with the world. Hildegard of Bingen called this process a greening of the soul.

How might we become more aware of how we are moving in God? How is the Spirit warming and thawing all that lies frozen within us? How might we bring Spring to all of our endeavors?

Let us take this Spring as an opportunity to be aware of how we live and move and breathe in a Divine that is exquisitely loving of all you that you are.
